At Blotnot, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of notebooks, pens, and file folders. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For notebooks, the spine must not be broken; for pens, the packaging must be unopened; for file folders, they must not show signs of wear or use.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the items back to us. Please do not send any items without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a refund for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
