4. Refund Policy

Blotnot strives to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement, including any applicable shipping costs. 5. Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
