Tracking Your Order at Blotnot
Thank you for shopping at Blotnot. We understand how important it is to know where your order is, and we are committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent tracking experience. Below, you will find a step-by-step guide on how to track your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep.
Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email from [email protected] containing your unique tracking number. This email is sent within 24 hours of dispatch. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message with the subject line: "Your Blotnot Order Has Been Shipped." The tracking number will be clearly displayed in the email body.
Step 2: Choose Your Tracking Method
You can track your order using one of the following methods:
- Direct Carrier Website: Visit the official website of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS) and enter your tracking number in the designated field. The carrier's site will provide real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.
- Third-Party Tracking Service: For a consolidated view of your shipment across multiple carriers, we recommend using a reliable third-party tracking platform. This is especially useful if your order involves multiple shipping legs or international transit.

17TRACK is a free, user-friendly platform that supports over 700 carriers worldwide, making it an excellent choice for tracking your Blotnot orders. Here’s how to use it:
- Go to www.17track.net .
- Copy your tracking number from the email sent by Blotnot.
- Paste the tracking number into the search bar on the 17TRACK homepage.
- Click the "Track" button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status of your shipment, including location scans, transit milestones, and the estimated delivery window.
You can also download the 17TRACK mobile app (available on iOS and Android) to receive push notifications whenever your package status updates.
What to Do If Your Tracking Information Is Not Updating
It is normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive the shipping confirmation email, especially for international shipments. If your tracking number shows no updates after 72 hours, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. Our team will investigate and provide you with an update within 1–2 business days.
Important Notes
- Tracking numbers are typically valid for 30 days after the shipment date. After this period, the carrier may archive the data.
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and have different tracking numbers. Please check your email for each shipment notification.
- For orders shipped to a P.O. Box or military address, tracking updates may be less frequent. We recommend using a physical address for faster and more reliable tracking.
